About the Artist

Marie d’Eon began painting, just before retiring, taking watercolor lessons, now and then. After retiring from the financial field, she undertook painting in earnest, taking many hours of art lessons. Initially a water- colorist, she expanded her horizon to include oils. Marie has painted beautiful oceanscapes. She especially enjoys making note cards to share with her family and friends, using some of her paintings of flowers and animals. Marie dedicated countless hours cataloging the books of the library at Our Lady of Grace Seminary for priestly formation for the Oblates of the Virgin Mary, which is located next to St. Clement’s Eucharistic Shrine in Boston.
